“A HUGE shout out to J & J Refrigeration. Last night our furnace stopped working (New Years Day), my husband called and was prepared to leave a message and Greg (from J & J) answered the phone. My husband explained the situation and he gave some suggestions to my husband to see if it could be fixed over the phone. Nothing worked so Dean (from J & J) came out the next morning. As it turned out, we need a new furnace. Dean didn't charge us for his service call. We have used J & J for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else.“

“We have an expensive fireplace unit that has had never ending issues since the date of install last year. The company that sold/installed the unit didn't care to back the product (even while under warranty) and after a few service calls began giving us the run around. We ultimately believe that this other company was in over their heads and did not understand how to service/fix what they sold us. We were so completely frustrated and unsure of who to trust. ***Enter Brandon and Blue Fire HVAC. They were referred to us by some friends that recently used their fireplace services. Brandon and Chris showed up the first time, diagnosed the issue and took an extensive amount of time applying a possible solution. They were timely, professional and focused. When that solution didn't hold up, Brandon took the initiative to track down our fireplace manufacturer AND the Design Engineer. He promptly showed up to our house again and went to work. We believe the unit is finally fixed and could not be more grateful for Blue Fire going the extra mile to take care of us. We will refer them to anyone we know, and will be lifetime customers. Now THAT is customer service, and at a reasonable price! Hard to find both. Do not hesitate to use this company.“

Before the new unit was installed we were paying $245 a month for heat, after a full month with our new unit our heat bill is only $135 ? literally pays for itself. “Friendly office staff when I called for a same-day appointment when my boiler went out. They were able to have someone to my home within three hours. The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. This is my third home with a boiler and I’ve never seen someone diagnosis an issue on an old boiler so quickly. I’m newer to the area and this first impression ensures they’ll be my first call for another repair or eventual replacement.“
