“This was my first experience with Holland Heating & Cooling; I am very pleased with the entire process.The appointment was scheduled for 9 am Monday. The technician called me 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to say they were on their way but needed to stop at the supply house to pick up an item and might be a little late.Bart and Zach arrived shortly after 9:00 am. They introduced themselves, looked at the job, explained what they needed to do and went to work. Because they had to work on the furnace in the basement and the AC outside, they were careful to protect the hardwood floors and walls and trim inside our home to prevent damage.They finished the job in a timely manner, checked everything and explained what they had done. I am pleased with the professionalism and the price. Highly recommended.“
