“We have an expensive fireplace unit that has had never ending issues since the date of install last year. The company that sold/installed the unit didn't care to back the product (even while under warranty) and after a few service calls began giving us the run around. We ultimately believe that this other company was in over their heads and did not understand how to service/fix what they sold us. We were so completely frustrated and unsure of who to trust. ***Enter Brandon and Blue Fire HVAC. They were referred to us by some friends that recently used their fireplace services. Brandon and Chris showed up the first time, diagnosed the issue and took an extensive amount of time applying a possible solution. They were timely, professional and focused. When that solution didn't hold up, Brandon took the initiative to track down our fireplace manufacturer AND the Design Engineer. He promptly showed up to our house again and went to work. We believe the unit is finally fixed and could not be more grateful for Blue Fire going the extra mile to take care of us. We will refer them to anyone we know, and will be lifetime customers. Now THAT is customer service, and at a reasonable price! Hard to find both. Do not hesitate to use this company.“

“We had SG out over a month ago to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC unit. Wanted to wait to submit a review after we got our next heating bill. Before the new unit was installed we were paying $245 a month for heat, after a full month with our new unit our heat bill is only $135 ? literally pays for itself. “Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!“
