Due to the intense heat, which results in plenty of business for Jack’s, Kathryn was concerned that even waiting until Kathryn would be too much. I didn’t mind the potential of an emergency service call so she put me on the list for the potential increase in rates. And in the nature of the business, Tim was able to fit us in between completing service for another customer due to needing parts.
