Matt was amazing. He made it out within a half hour from our original phone call. He identifies the issue and was able to get the air back up and running. Great rates and super attentive.
I'm often skeptical of reviews that are all 5 stars. Well, I decided to put my cynicism aside and trust for once - and am I ever glad I did. Matt is a complete professional. Highly knowledgeable, honest, happy to explain the situation, and incredibly conscientious about ensuring the system is working right. The pricing is very reasonable - but on top of that, he did everything in his power to save us money and do the least expensive repair necessary. Plus, he's just a great guy. I have a new go-to heating and cooling company. Simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the previous reviewers for making the time to post.
