Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!

I cannot recommend John and his team at Comfort King enough. Not only were they very quick to respond to my call about having work done on my furnace, but his team made multiple trips to my house to ensure everything was working correctly, including calling and talking with me late on a Saturday night while he was on vacation when I was having furnace issues! I would recommend John and his team to anyone!

These amazing technicians came out to our home today to replace our a/c unit. They were professional, affordable and efficient. Genuinely, our lives have been made better by this outstanding service. I can’t thank you enough. Our house feels like our home again, and we are truly comfortable and grateful.
