Daniel is awesome! I called in a service call (AC was out) within 10 minutes I was talking with Daniel and his goal was to help me find the problem and fix it. Not, to come out and try to sell me a new unit, or even fix my unit. He wasn't available until the following day and he gave me directions for how to diagnose and fix my issue. A few hours later, thanks to youtube and ChatGPT... and most of all Scrib's, I was back up and running. 100% chance I will call them next time I have an issue. They are honest and do it the right way.
Scrib's installed a new humidifier on my furnace this past winter and also correctly identified that part of the air handler was in need of replacement. Service was quick and high quality, communication was easy, and pricing very fair. I will be calling back for any HVAC need in the future!
After fixing my central air 2 times in the past 4 years, I was hoping for a 3rd. Guess 15 yrs was all I could get out of it. They replaced my unit and even put in a new thermostat which I didn't expect. They even show up at the time they say they will. My go to for HVAC.
