“Very glad I chose Optimal Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace and heat pump combo. Tyler and Chance did an outstanding job. The heat pump was extra large and needed to be set on a mulched slope. They very thoroughly tamped down the base and set up the proper structures and materials to prevent erosion and settling underneath the unit. Care can be seen in both installs including small details like proper air sealing at pipe exits in the wall. Jeff had great communication throughout the estimate and install process, and answered all of my questions. The Bryant equipment they installed is super quiet, is doing a better than expected job of humidity control, and the thermostat has advanced features. A professional and smooth process end-to-end!”
