“My furnace broke ( 2 days without heat) and I was having a problem getting a company to come help me now. When I called Pilot (Chris) answered the phone and knew, I was upset and cold. Chris said... I'll be there within 30 minutes. He arrived on time. Found and fixed the problem pretty quickly. Waited to make sure everything was good before he left. The Heat was On! Kim was happy! This companies prices are very fair and Chris is such a kind man.... He even texted me the following morning to make sure that I had no problems over night. “The owner/repair guy was very professional, courteous and he got the the job done quickly. I called and he came out the same day and diagnosed the AC issue. My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job. He also noticed my refrigerator was taken apart and even offered free advice to help me fix it. After multiple failed attempts by Star to fix the issue, I decided to reach out to Hutchison for help. I was pleasantly surprised when Cliff from Hutchison came out on the same day. He spent 45 minutes troubleshooting and fixing the problem, and he even took the time to educate me on how to use all the features and settings of the system.
