“Called the company to inquire about the pricing for a visit and diagnosis of my a/c unit. The woman that answered the phone was very professional. Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. The callback came at 6:55 pm. Neil showed up at 9:30pm and by 10pm my a/c unit was working again. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat had been wired incorrectly. In the end he gave me an amazing deal on the price. “A HUGE shout out to J & J Refrigeration. Last night our furnace stopped working (New Years Day), my husband called and was prepared to leave a message and Greg (from J & J) answered the phone. My husband explained the situation and he gave some suggestions to my husband to see if it could be fixed over the phone. Nothing worked so Dean (from J & J) came out the next morning. As it turned out, we need a new furnace. Dean didn't charge us for his service call. We have used J & J for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else.“
