We have an expensive fireplace unit that has had never ending issues since the date of install last year. The company that sold/installed the unit didn't care to back the product (even while under warranty) and after a few service calls began giving us the run around. We ultimately believe that this other company was in over their heads and did not understand how to service/fix what they sold us. Showed up the day I called. Very nice and explained everything. Was able to replace central air coil in 1 day. Would highly recommend and won't hesitate to call in the future if something else should arise.Services: HVAC system repair
I called Blue Fire Hvac off of a recommendation on late Saturday afternoon due to my mothers air conditioning going out. Brandon answered the phone right away. He advised he would be able to come to her home sunday early afternoon. He came out and was very professional and attentive. He found the very old system needed to be replaced. After quoting a very good price, he advised he could do the job the on Wednesday. Brandon and Chris arrived early and finished the job quickly.
