Not only did they walk through telling us how to shut off the water but told us what piece we needed to fix the problem. They did it all on their way out of town and just to help us out! We called another service before them they had us waiting for 2 hours, thankfully we called Richard’s plumbing while we were waiting and they helped fixed the problem immediately!
