My experience working with A-Team Heating and Cooling was excellent. I contacted them during a heat wave to look at an AC unit that is 27 years old in Sumpter Township. Kelly was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. I expected to have to replace it and pay thousands. However, Vince was able to repair it within 15 minutes and for only $360. Now the 1999 AC unit works like new! Another company would've tried to sell me a new unit. I found Vince and the A-Team to be professional and experienced. This local business earned my trust. And, if you need HVAC work done, I suggest you give them the chance to earn yours.
Vince and his team did a great job installing my AC unit and installed within 3 days of me reaching out for the first time. Even more exceptional than installation was the service I received. I had an issue in the middle of a heat wave where I'm sure they were extremely busy keeping customers running. I reached out at 7pm to say I had an issue and Vince was out here by 10pm to look at it for me. He found that the thermostat, that was not a part of their installation work, had died. He got me up and running for the night so we could sleep comfortably until we could get it repaired in the morning. Thank you to A-Team for your dedication to your customers!
