“Ed and his apprentice arrived at my mom's house for a toilet line valve replacement, fill valve replacement, and kitchen faucet replacement. They were prompt, courteous, and very informative of what they were doing and the type of plumbing lines I dealt with. They cleaned up after completing the job, walked me through the invoice, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I will continue to do business with them soon.”
“Came in asking for a part— owner told me I actually needed a different part. He was right. Super thankful not to spend money on the wrong part and fighting my sink”
“From beginning to end the different staff members at CK Mechanical have been top notch and service oriented. I don’t have all the names but particularly want to thank Isaac who schedules work orders. He patiently and thoroughly explained all my questions on my several phone calls. The two technicians who arrived today I don’t have your names. They were excellent!! Consistent with my earlier experience they thoroughly answered all my questions, got straight to work, we’re very polite, did a great job and cleaned up any messes. I should have gotten their names. Thank you all and yes I would whole heartedly recommend CK Mechanical to do work again!”
