We've had Lenox Plumbing out a few times in June 2026. Michael S. is wonderful. He came out promptly, we had a toilet emergency. He ordered parts and came back the very next day. We were kept informed of times and arrivals. Michael even used booties before coming into the area(s). He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would gladly want him again for our plumbing needs. He's also getting us a quote on some other things we plan on doing.

“Highly recommend using this place for AC and heating. The service techs are very professional and I never have any issues with my AC unit they installed in 2017. I enrolled in the membership program which includes two visits a year. They also replace my furnace filter for cheaper than what they charge at Walmart.
Update: I have a new house purchased in 2021. I just had them come out to maintenance the AC unit. They explained every step as they were going. They cleaned inside of the AC unit spotlessly. Both techs were very professional and courteous. The AC now works so much more efficiently and I couldn't t be happier!! I WILL ONLY EVER USE SHARON'S hands to the heavens ?“
