Jordan and the Burton's Plumbing and Heating team were great! They were able to send someone out same-day to evaluate and attempt to address a backed up sewer main. Although they were unable to fix the issue, they were able to provide recommendations to assist in other ways! Thank you to the Burton's team for great customer service and reporting for work done. I'd highly recommend them for their services.

Justin arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to determine the source of our problem. He went so far as to call a colleague to provide additional insight into the problem. I will call Burton again for future plumbing needs!

We called in the morning for service on a toilet issue and received an appointment for that afternoon. Jordan was our service tech and did a fantastic job.
