Michigan Elite Conditioning for Athletes - Royal Oak
“Are you looking for big biceps? Look no further! I am a recovering triathlete who came in with tendinitis in everything and runner's knee - hoping to gain some muscle and eventually return to sport. I cannot say enough great things about the people and environment at MECA RO. Cody and Mike put up with me in the mornings for the last 3 months. They are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate (they're funny too). Everyone at MECA is cheering you on to succeed - look your best and feel your best. I would return in 1/2 a heartbeat. If you're reading this, join!!!!”
Stretch Zone
“I can honestly say I appreciate Amor—she’s the best. At first, I was like, “There’s no way she can really stretch me out,” but listen… she is the truth. If you haven’t been yet, you definitely need to try it out. All the ladies are good, but Amor is on another level ?? West Bloomfield”
