I'm now into my 6th week of training at MECA - Royal Oak and it has been everything I hoped it would be. The staff are all friendly, encouraging, supportive and informative. My dedicated coach, Austin, has developed a program that is specific to my needs and I'm already feeling the benefits. Bryan's (Nutritionist) integrated nutrition program has been instrumental in ensuring I'm fueled for performance and recovery. I wanted a program that would teach me a new way of training, challenge me and hold me accountable to my goals. This program has done exactly that. I highly recommend MECA.

Whether you’ve worked out your whole life or just getting into it, this is the place to go! The environment is great and my trainer Austin is very knowledgeable, motivating, and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout. I’m so pleased with the results I’ve gotten so far, I can’t recommend him or the facility enough!

Meca is the best training experience I’ve ever had. It’s the best environment to be in with everyone supporting you and all the staff not just your trainer wanting what’s best for you. I trained for almost 3 months with John and had insanely noticeable differences in my athletic performance and also just the difference in my appearance. I definitely will be going back after my season is over.
