I’ve had the privilege of working w trainers at MECA since March. Since then, I've made noticeable improvements in my overall strength, confidence, shifted my fat to muscle ratio , improved my nutrition choices and see an overall improvement in both my physical and mental health. I've always been an active person , but I never enjoyed weight training until now. I feel like every training session is a step forward, both physically and mentally. They always take the time to listen to my goals, concerns, and any challenges I’m facing. Whether I’m overcoming an injury( presented w neck and shoulder issues that have since resolved as I've gained strength) or pushing myself to the next level, their guidance is both supportive and motivating.
