    This place changed my life. I do not make such statements lightly.I've been at his gym for just under a year. Results, results, results. My posture has improved, my confidence has improved, and I don't look like a blob any more. If you'd told me what I could dead lift and bench press by now, I would never have believed you. Trainer is super personable, knows just when and how hard to push you, and really knows what he's doing overall.It's been an amazing transformation and I'm just getting started. Highest recommendation!

    I shortly trained with Eshan and Detroit Strong this past fall and I have to say, our time together has been so helpful for my long term goals, growth, and health. I needed a gentle yet firm push back into moving my body and Eshan was my accountability. I was able to easily apply all the training methods to the gym and am happily drinking a lot more water these days. Eshan was always professional, helpful and personable. Finances were a bit tight for me and Eshan graciously split up payments so that I can get the boost my health needed.     Love the place owner is very kind and respectful. He listens with intent and think's before he speaks. Although I have only started with some of his working products and meal preps I plan on coming back to workout with him to better learn my body and workout around my injuries that I am nursing back to health
