With suggested excercises to do at home and keeping with my 2X a week appointments, I was feeling 100% better with a couple of weeks. I continuted with the visits to work on my balance, and within one month from start to finish, I had reached a level of no longer having the dizziness from the Vertigo and so much improvement with my balance. Thank you Raj for challenging me to be better, I couldn't have done it without you. I will continue my suggested excerices at home to improve my overall health! Empower is the BEST!“

I came to the Troy Dance Studio as a complete beginner and was amazed at how quickly I began to master the basic movements. The construction process is very competent, the load is evenly distributed.
