With Exercise Coach, I've successfully bought in to the accountability of showing up at a scheduled time, twice per week for a short 20-25 minute workout for more than a year. My dedicated coach, Austin, has developed a program that is specific to my needs and I'm already feeling the benefits. Bryan's (Nutritionist) integrated nutrition program has been instrumental in ensuring I'm fueled for performance and recovery. I wanted a program that would teach me a new way of training, challenge me and hold me accountable to my goals. This program has done exactly that. I highly recommend MECA.“

“Love this box. The coaches are educated and attentive to needs of members. Class sizes are small and you won’t go a class without a coach addressing you directly and making sure you’re noticed. Love the altruism of the gym as well as they are partnered with multiple non-profits that are a positive impact on the surrounding community. Wouldn’t have met some of my best friends if it weren’t for Core City CrossFit.“

“If you are a weight lifter looking to mix things up, I’d check out the classes here.My wife has been going to classes and personal training here for years. I recently started going with her to some classes and loved it.I’m a very “old school” lifter. I workout with heavy weights training 2-3 muscle a session and one of my favorite movies is pumping iron. I also enjoy running but never tried a circuit class.The circuit is really fun. I’d recommend not being afraid to modify things or not do every exercise. You can still get a solid lifting routine in if you tweak things, but the real benefits is it’s like smashing lifting and cardio together, so you get a great calorie burn compared to normal lifting. They also don’t yell or push you in odd ways which I appreciated (Thanks Valerie!). I expected the trainer to yell to go faster, harder, etc but no they just encourage you.If you are more an old school lifter like me. I’d recommend supplementing your schedule with 1-2 circuit classes a week. I burn about 600-700 calories per class and get a very good workout. Just give yourself 3ish classes to adjust, I’ve been lifting over 20 years and I was shocked at the amount of variety/moves I’ve never done.They have a 3 class for $15 special for new members. I’d encourage the owner to keep that special, since I think you need a few classes to get the hang of things.Also the place is super duper clean! Really like Retrofit and I think its great supplement for those into weight lifting.“

“This place is for EVERYBODY! Yes, Bikram yoga is hot and super hard, but the people here at this studio make it worth the struggle. I have been welcomed with consistent kindness, great explanations, and solid tips that make each pose both aspirational and approachable at the same time. Shoutout to Jennifer especially for her excellent guidance. But honestly all of the teachers are really great. You won’t regret coming here.“

“Hello Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts!If you are serious about getting into the "your" best shape, you can't go wrong with Lazet and The Life Center Private Fitness Facility. I lost 20 pounds in approximately 6 months. I am able to keep those extra pounds off by working out with Lazet and her team 3 days a week and making healthy meal choices. You can have the same results. You are not too old to get in shape. The best way to combat the signs of aging is to get fit and make healthy food choices. I am proud to admit that I am 62 years old. I am asked regularly if I am in my 30's (which of course I answer YES!).Thanks, Lazet!“

They have also been amazing helping to make adjustments for working out during pregnancy. I trust them completely and will be anxiously awaiting getting back post! “I joined lifetime about 8 years ago. I was so scared to leave my babe in the child care. [ I even cried the 1st few times- I was a 1st time mom that never left her babybean]Taylor Wade was so kind and understanding.. she calmed my nerves and assured me she will personally make sure my littles were safe! She did just that!! She is amazing with my kids and ALL the kids.Since then, I have gone to other LTF's kids academy, and I can say TROY is one of the best. The staff goes above and beyond... it's very organized, unlike some of the other club. TROYS ACADEMY is our top favorite! My kids throw a fit when we go to other clubs.One thing that stands out the most is the way they handle the kids' misbehaving at the busiest times (and obviously not busy times). Very calm yet firm and still loving.Nothing makes me smile more when I see the staff deal with a hurt child. Again, showing so much love and care.Doug, Rena ,Taylor Facca, Hana, Bianca and Katherine are all amazing! LTF TROY is so lucky to have a wonderful staff.One thing is I wish the hours were longer on weekends!I wanted to rave about the summer camp. Again, leaving my kids all day freaked me out. They did a great job and made my work day run so smoothly, knowing my kids were well cared for.Front desk is always friendly. Jordan is so personable. Great asset to lifetime!The locker room is well maintained! Unfortunately, there are SOO many pig members, but I think the staff does a good job keeping up! Sue [ I think that's her name] is a hard worker.Towel desk employees are always smiling and welcoming! Same as cafe..Upstairs is always clean and maintained. I am a signature memeber, and I really enjoy the classes. Gerald, Marcus, Hilary, Kelly and Erin are great teachers!! I never go to regular classes anymore.Although, I miss Jessie!! He was a great GM. It's very sad to see he is gone!I believe promoting Doug as the new GM was a great move!! He is always present around the club. I feel he will do amazing things for the gym's future!“
