I completed life coaching with Dr. Bill. Through different assignments and his holistic approach to life coaching, I gained many practical tools to better handle whatever life throws at me compared to before. I highly recommend Dr. Bill as he is a highly qualified and kind soul!

Well, in short, I came to Dr. Bill thru a need to gain perspective on where I had got to in my life. As a late 60’s something I was struggling with a new relationship that left me feeling lost and missionless. I think it is only during times of anguish that we become open to help and that is where I was at. Without a nonjudgmental and compassionate sounding board such as Dr. Bill, I would still be drifting.Dr. Bill introduced me to many avenues and theologies that I had only heard of. I truly learned how to keep my mental health in a good place. Dr. Bill taught me that having the basic tools ( and please read book - power of NOW) you can quickly get out of anxiety, panic attacks, and even help with falling asleep. Combined with these teachings Dr. Bill had a half hour work out (Could be more - up to you) that helped me out of being lethargic. At the beginning of this entire process I was able to pick and name my intentions. Repeating my intentions during a 10 minute meditation in the morning started my day positively and soon you are not feeling sad anymore.
