I recommend the professional assisted stretch service and the highly skilled stretch practitioner Gabe at Stretch Zone Bloomfield. Since starting the assisted stretch treatments, I've seen a great improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in the tightness and pain in my body. My sciatica pain disappeared shortly after I started the stretching treatments, and I was able to cancel my previously scheduled pain injections at a doctor's office because my pain vanished! I'm grateful for this therapeutic practice which has also allowed me to expand my exercise ability and strength training and has improved my overall wellness. I highly recommend!

Best investment ever! Gabe is intuitive and responsive to what is needed at each session. All of the staff are friendly. The hours are great even for busy schedules. Highly recommend!! After just 3 months, I am off all pain medications for a bad knee that PT couldn't help.
Gabe Ellis is the best. He’s made a huge difference for me in just a few sessions.
