“Was an after hours call for AC failure, which means the tech can show up anytime from 8pm-12am, but Jahmeir showed up within 30 minutes of the call - awesome! Jahmeir was polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough- had us up and running within 20 minutes! Price was very reasonable, and we also signed up for their awesome maintenance contract, which fingers crossed will prevent these issues in the future. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Tim (Timothy) who provided excellent follow up customer service- answering all of my questions with patience. Overall great experience!”
