“I was given referrals to 4 HVAC companies for a quote on a new AC and choose this owner-operated one because I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who came out himself to see what was needed. Ray, the plumber who came to check it out and give me an estimate, did such a good job explaining the issues and the fixes that I felt comfortable having him do the work that day. I also needed my water heater replaced and the quote I got from him seemed fair so he got that done the same day. “Stephen Breaton, Owner Operator at PureCraft, is absolutely fantastic!!! Not only is he very knowledgeable and responsive, he gives you multiple scenarios to achieve what you're looking for instead of just one quick answer. You have a lot of companies that are looking for the fast buck and taking the easiest path for their own benefit. Unlike Stephen, who really does take the time to learn about your scope of work and come up with the best solution possible.I personally have used him for my home residence, in which he installed an entire new Carrier HVAC system and smart Wi-Fi stat, as well as for my RE projects. In addition to installing entire brand new systems on my projects, he has ran full ductwork for a completely gutted property that was being rehabbed. He's very meticulous and calculates what your project needs with a Manual J report- in terms of the right system, how much area to heat/cool, where should the lines run for the vents etc. PureCraft comes up with all the necessary drawings and permits to get it done right. NO SHORTCUTS.I would think that I have a pretty decent sample size of experience with them, having been fortunate to work with PureCraft on various projects. “I used Crouse Plumbing and Heating when I needed my toilet repaired and a new water heater.My parents are elderly and have had there share of people taking advantage of them with expensive repairs or poor workmanship. They wanted to know if I knew of a good plumbing company in the Howard County area, and I immediately thought of Crouse Plumbing and Heating. Bob came to my parent's home and determined they needed to replace two of the three toilets in their house. Bob didn't have any toilets on his truck, but stated he would come back with them and he did. He came back with an extra set of hands (a colleague) and they installed the toilets the same day. Once the toilets were installed, Bob checked and made sure the pressure in the water line was released. I bought 2 vacuums: one an upright for general use and the other a Veridian for the 2 sets of stairs that I have. (I am getting older and vacuuming the stairs has become a special concern.) They usually can come by the same day when something stops working and they kept my last heat pump alive until it officially died at the age of 19... I got an estimate from them and they were able to install a new system the same week that I signed the contract. I did get a second estimate from a larger local company that was several thousand more. These guys will give you what is best for your home at a great price!“
