Grant and Vontae went above and beyond, patiently explaining things at every step and giving me meaningful choices. Not only did they fix the problem I called them for, but they also identified and fixed a problem I didn't even know about for no extra cost that increases my system's efficiency! And they did a great job cleaning the system!
Two technicians from Clarksville Heating and AC service my AC and Heating unit today. They Changed the air filter, the water line, checked airflow and took measurements. They noticed and pointed out a small leak on my water heater and suggested I get it looked at. Grant and Avante were on time, completed their work carefully, explaining what they were doing as they worked, and made suggestions and referrals based on my questions about attic gable fan and water heaters. They were polite, kind, and patient with my questions. This company installed my furnace and AC years ago and I would happily use this service into the future.
My first time using Clarksville Heating and Air for an annual inspection was in Nov 2025. I was pleased with the knowledge, information and service I received on my heat pump unit. Grant was my technician.
