I would have to give B&B a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5. They were beyond AWESOME ! They totally busted their ass ! They removed the entire old heat pump and air conditioner and installed the new system all within 24 hours of the original diagnosis. We literally had working AC from a brand new unit in the same day. Hottest day of the year with a heat index of 103 I should add. Astonishing and unbelievable - I was literally blown away!! Javier and Chris performed as True Professionals !!
