I just had my entire HVAC system (AC and Furnace) replaced. AC was 30 years old and Furnace was 20 yrs old. The AC went out with a big bang on a hot Sunday. B&B sent out a tech next day and I received a very competitive and fully detailed quote from the manager. Parts were ordered and installation started 2 days later. Techs Michael and Bryce showed up to get the job done. They started early in the morning, took little breaks, and worked around the clock. During the worste possible time, my daughters boiler burst a pipe. This company gave no excuses, they sent a technician out within 12 hours!!! The problem was fixed and she was no longer in a sub freezing house. Excellent work!!! This company can be TRUSTED!!!
