I was given referrals to 4 HVAC companies for a quote on a new AC and choose this owner-operated one because I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who came out himself to see what was needed. Both he and his staff arrived on time for the inspection and installation. Three staff members were assigned for the installation and they were all so nice. Within about 5 hours they were finished, had neatened up and made sure windows were closed - and the house was already cool. I am so pleased with my choice. Seriously, the best, most responsive and professional staff. Both guys were prompt, thorough, clean, and efficient. They did not over charge me and were very respectful. I will absolutely recommend them! We are no longer sitting in house with no AC in the middle of the summer.

We called Kevin from Climate Pro in a bind and he promptly came out to give us an estimate for the replacement of our HVAC system. His quote was more than reasonable, and he scheduled our service within the week. His team installed a new air handler (Spacepak) and compressor (OxBox), as well as a new ecobee smart thermostat. His crew was in and out in one day and the system runs beautifully (we're looking forward to lower BG&E bills!). Kevin returned three days later to make sure that our system was running properly and that our settings were correct.
