Todd Air was called on a Sunday evening due to our older HVAC not cooling the house at all. They were out first thing the next morning. They advised what I expected, the system was needing replacement due to leaks, and with the high cost of parts, a new system was the way to go. After recharging the system to get us through a few days, they arrived this morning and replaced the entire system in 3 hours time. During the process, they kept us updated and did an outstanding job getting us taken care if quickly during their busy season. I just want to take the time to thank Todd Air for their professionalism and the valued service that you guys provide. Four different HVAC vendors came to my home and were unable to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my HVAC. Todd Air came out once and was able to diagnose and resolve my issue at once. I appreciate the quick response and the competency of the technician that was able to diagnose and resolve my HVAC issue. GREAT JOB!
