I have been using them for 5+ years at least. I prefer using local small businesses. They usually can come by the same day when something stops working and they kept my last heat pump alive until it officially died at the age of 19... I got an estimate from them and they were able to install a new system the same week that I signed the contract. I did get a second estimate from a larger local company that was several thousand more. These guys will give you what is best for your home at a great price!

It’s always nerve wracking when my home warranty company sends someone new over to fix something because the quality of service varies wildly.I was fortunate they sent Todd Air. They’re timely, knowledgeable and conscientious. Would recommend.

My heat was not working when I tried turning it on for the first frost of the season. I called Todd Air for a desperate appointment and their response was an unbelievable blessing, “We can be there in 5 to 10 minutes, if you are available”.
