Erik Young did a great job replacing our leaky hose bib and installing a safety valve in our kitchen water connection. He arrived on time and completed the work pretty much exactly within the time he estimated it would take. He was professional and knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. This is consistent with my past experiences with Heil as well and why I usually call them for plumbing issues.

Previous- We had a great experience with Maryland Pro Services. Kenny was able to work around our busy schedule to provide a quote. On our scheduled day of service, Kenny arrived with two associates and had the entire house power washed in an hour and a half. The house looks amazing! I hightly recommend Maryland Pro Services. We are very pleased with the work and the service from beginning to end.

I went to Original African Hair Braiding in Jessup, MD to get a retightening of my braided micro locs. I had a lot of slippage, and many of my locs that were married and matted due to my getting a braided style on top of my locs for around 6 weeks. Me having fine hair didn't help the situation either. Matty, one of the braiders, retightened and repaired my locs. She truly is the best. She practices patience, perfection, and attention to detail. She takes the time to listen to what the client wants and never rush or take any short cuts to get the job done. If you are looking for excellence and positive energy, ask for Matty. First and foremost, communication was great, and this is the key to getting things done right. Second, the job was planned out in advance by a live specialist. The crew who did the work were remarkably professional, personable, and very quiet. The job looks exactly as described in the plan, and all is well. Other than some unavoidable delays due to weather and mechanical failure, neither of which can be predicted, this went without a hitch. A very happy experience!

To my surprise, the owner himself came out late in the workday on a Friday to take a look. That alone impressed me — most companies would have pushed it to the following week.

I was looking for a dentist but limited to a selection because of age & insurance. I only called the offices with good reviews, many couldn’t take me while others couldn’t see me for an absurd amount of time out (understandable to an extent). Call number 12 to Shine and Smile who had an opening the next day… Convenient? Yes! But my goodness I wish I would’ve started with them first! The entire team is so friendly and accommodating. I’m nosey and like to look at the scans, but the team takes it a step further to explain the scans and what they show, allowing me actually understand what’s being done. I left earlier from my third trip in and I’m floored by the efficiency every time, plus Dr. Mehta is very professional and cares about the professional growth of her team. The dental work is done when necessary (obviously), but they also look proactively and it’s communicated so there are no jump scares futuristically. The entire team is awesome, you don’t feel judged, and for once it’s not nerve wracking to go to the dentist.
I'm a white dude and I walked in with long shaggy hair. I got a great cut which got me looking professional, and it came out exactly as I had wanted it to as I discussed it with the barber. At the time they didn't take cards but it seems like they do now. Very understanding owner regardless.
I've used Excel a number of times over the past 20 years ranging from tree/stump removal to dead branch/trunk removal and general tree health maintenance.
