I would recommend them for service of A/C. They identified leak in evaporator coil and worked with me on various repair ooptions with associated risk without trying to upsell. They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. Cody walked me through the repair and showed the repaired coil before closing the system back up. Excellent work and communication throughout his repair.
When things go wrong, they go wrong in bunches. I have a water heater problem and called First Class Machanical for help because they were listed with the Rheem home page. Rheem was impossible to get in touch with. So when I called First Class Mechanical, I spoke with Nancy. She was so informative and helpful. She told me exactly who to call and how it works. I was really grateful for the help!

Thank you for your excellent, fast and prompt service. The service received from G and your underground crew were stellar today. From initial contact and testing of our well line, which indicated we did in fact have a leak, to installing a new line with out having to tear up our entire yard was amazing!
