“I was given referrals to 4 HVAC companies for a quote on a new AC and choose this owner-operated one because I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who came out himself to see what was needed. Both he and his staff arrived on time for the inspection and installation. Three staff members were assigned for the installation and they were all so nice. Within about 5 hours they were finished, had neatened up and made sure windows were closed - and the house was already cool. I am so pleased with my choice. “I used Crouse Plumbing and Heating when I needed my toilet repaired and a new water heater.My parents are elderly and have had there share of people taking advantage of them with expensive repairs or poor workmanship. They wanted to know if I knew of a good plumbing company in the Howard County area, and I immediately thought of Crouse Plumbing and Heating. Bob came to my parent's home and determined they needed to replace two of the three toilets in their house. Bob didn't have any toilets on his truck, but stated he would come back with them and he did. He came back with an extra set of hands (a colleague) and they installed the toilets the same day. Once the toilets were installed, Bob checked and made sure the pressure in the water line was released. My parents were SO happy with the service they received.They said to me, "it's nice to know there are still good honest people out here who have integrity."
