Brian at Free State Appliance Service Heating & Cooling provided absolutely outstanding service! The home is only three years old, and already having issues with the cheap furnace that was installed by the builder (Ryan Homes) SMH!! It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with HVAC problems in such a new home, but Brian completely turned the experience around for us.

I called Brian to schedule an appointment to figure out why my dryer wasn’t heating properly. He came by a few days later, diagnosed the issue as a faulty sensor and gave me an estimate later that day. I agreed to the price and after waiting about 3–4 days for the part to arrive he came back and fixed it quickly. It’s been about six months since the repair and the dryer has been working perfectly ever since. I highly recommend Brian, just note that he only accepts cash or check.
