Brian at Free State Appliance Service Heating & Cooling provided absolutely outstanding service! The home is only three years old, and already having issues with the cheap furnace that was installed by the builder (Ryan Homes) SMH!! It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with HVAC problems in such a new home, but Brian completely turned the experience around for us.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose and fix the issue. You can tell he truly understands these systems. He explained everything clearly and made sure the furnace was working the way it should before leaving.
