I used Crouse Plumbing and Heating when I needed my toilet repaired and a new water heater.My parents are elderly and have had there share of people taking advantage of them with expensive repairs or poor workmanship. They wanted to know if I knew of a good plumbing company in the Howard County area, and I immediately thought of Crouse Plumbing and Heating. Bob came to my parent's home and determined they needed to replace two of the three toilets in their house. Bob came out for an estimate on replacing my hot water heater, was on time and we walked through different options to relocate my hot water heater as it's current location obstructs movement in my laundry room. The estimate was very competitive and with their level of experience I'd trust him to do any plumbing work in my home

Crouse is wonderful. Been my parents plumber and my plumber for years. Very courteous and professional they always go the extra mile for their clients. They're the only plumber I will ever use
