Contracted with Smith and Co for a complete new heat pump install. The initial diagnosis was timely and efficient. The technicians arrived on time and made sure they protected our floors and walls. They completed the job in great time in less than stellar conditions as my attic gets 'warm'. They were professional and communication was great throughout the entire process. This company goes above and beyond to communicate with their customers. The service man was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to figure out what was wrong with our A/C unit. I will be using this company again and appreciate their customer service.
