Our tech did an amazing job. Brought our Pottery Barn carpet back to life which had many spill stains. Also cleaned an upholstered bench removing all the dirt and large stain. Very efficient and nice guy.
Quick availability & flexible pricing. Initial visit was scheduled the day after I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately, when the technicians arrived, the machine they were using broke and I had to be rescheduled for the next day. Good thing was that the management office was more than willing to accommodate a reduction in the overall cost due to the inconvenience of having to reschedule. The two technicians thar arrived were very attentive to understanding the type of fibers in the area rug and ottoman I was having cleaned.
