Derrick, my technician followed through by troubleshooting my entire AC outside unit, installed a new wall thermostat (I asked for) and tested the gas furnace blower motor. It was discovered my blower motor had failed. Gove AC ordered the correct part and installed the new furnance motor that evening. The unit is working up to capacity by keeping my house cool. I'm very happy with Grove and would recommend them to anyone for a reliable heating or AC contractor. Thank you!“
