It was the only company that helped resolve my heating issue (after 5 other consultations from other companies). They gave a reasonable price for a new furnace and their technician Danielle was extremely helpful. Overall customer service was great. Would highly recommend to others.

We called for an emergency service when our heat went out in the middle of the winter. The technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and had us up and running within an hour. He was professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. We will be recommending Buric to others in need of HVAC in the area!

Quick response to an online request for simple HVAC maintenance in the middle of winter. Then they were able to schedule a visit in just a few days. Tech called ahead to be sure we were home. He was a nice guy, happy to answer questions; seemed knowledgeable. Worked quickly and was able to diagnose our problem and make an initial repair immediately. Had to order another part, but they were back again in a couple days to install it. Nothing but pleasant, helpful people that we dealt with, from start to finish. The only thing I'd change would be for slightly lower pricing. But considering the fine experience we had, it's probably pretty reasonable. You get what you pay...read full review
