“Update: They were very quick and responsive when I needed a service call, and the price was reasonable.I placed an order at what I thought to be a certain price, and was told my delivery would be a few days.... the price spiked that day, and they rushed out to deliver same-day. Priced dropped significantly the next day. I'm not confident that scheduling was arranged in good faith... Generally they are a quick and responsive company, but this left a bad taste in my mouth...“

“I had them install a Mitsubishi mini split in one room of my house. I talked to a few companies and they had the best pricing and were the only one that performed a calculation to determine the best size for my installation. Everyone else quoted systems 2-3 times larger which didn't make any sense. The installation was quick and they kept things clean and protected even though it started pouring out. Brian was really friendly and kept me informed throughout and walked me through the system once it was up and running.“

My AC unit was not working & I had a person tell me I had to replace the WHOLE unit plus some but I called Mass Heating, they came right away & fixed it in a 1/2 hour. no parts or anything. The technician was so knowledgeable. I didn't believe him when he came in the house & said you have air conditioning again. WOW they are AWESOME! It was a Pleasant experience From the beginning w/ the girl who answered the phone to the end.“

“Eric and his crew installed a new central Carrier A/C system for me over the summer. I'm fairly technical and a DIYer but Eric taught me a lot about how the A/C would work with my existing Carrier Infinity furnance, e.g., a 2-stage system might not work as expected with it. So I decided to go with the 1-stage and am very happy with it.DAVCO set itself apart from other contractors I've worked with by the quality of the install, e.g., they used a new solid platform for the condenser and it is perfectly parallel with the house. Their measurements and recordings of the A/C output after the install were a nice touch as well.I highly recommend DAVCO and will continue to use them for all my HVAC servicing needs.“

Cre, one of the owners, offered her expertise, patience and kindness which made us feel we got a trustworthy friend. With so many clients, she managed to plan the time and projects well. We understand that they are professionals and know the level of emergency of different requests in the harsh winter time. Therefore, she may not respond immediately but I knew she wouldn't forget us and will definitely get back to us. Now our project has been finished completely, she is still nice to respond to my questions and we know she will be there for us if we ever encounter with any problems.“

“Our house has a non-standard heating and A/C arrangement, and the gas furnace for the upstairs developed a crack in the heat exchanger. James was one of three contractors that provided an estimate for replacing the system with a HE furnace and new A/C. He was very responsive, and actually spent time with me explaining various system options, and working out the details of how he would install the intake & exhaust piping. This was very important to me since the furnace is in a difficult location, and it required a lot of thought as to how best to route the pipes through the walls and through side of the house. We were also very impressed by his high BBB rating, so we selected him to do the work. James had the equipment delivered within two days and began installing it the next day since the nights were getting colder. He was very much hands-on working directly on the project with his team. They had the old furnace and A/C removed and the pipes run on the first day, and the new furnace installed and operational on the second day, just in time for the first really cold night. On the last day, he had the A/C installed and running, ready for next summer. Without adding to the cost, he included new tubing to the condenser, the additional refrigerant needed for the extra distance, and a new thermostat.The new system is working great. James did everything he said he would and we are very happy with the results. This was a significant project for us, and our experience with him was excellent. I can highly recommend him.“

I had a great experience with the Prevett Team from the initial scheduling through to installation of a new gas furnace. They were onsite for an initial inspection within an hour and provided options for service as well as replacement. Since this furnace was 30 years old, We opted to go with a new unit and it was installed within 2 days. The quality of work was excellent. It’s good to know that there are still companies like this!!“

We found ourselves in a predicament and needed a delivery as soon as possible, with a huge storm on the way. The morning of the delivery, we had easily 18in of snow, and our delivery man absolutely hauled through the snow to get to us. We hadn't even had time to clear a path for him and he still made it happen. So grateful that people like this still exist in the world, he went above and beyond.
