“I had a propane representative come to my home to give me an estimate to have some propane tanks installed. Unfortunately my original plan couldn't be accomplished due to clearances and regulations, but the rep was extremely knowledgeable and was not only able to give me an alternative option but also explain why my original plan wouldn't work. I appreciate his promptness, I left him a voicemail late Monday afternoon and got a call back the next day where we were able to schedule a time for him to come out on Wednesday. He also quickly provided me with a proposal with all the information we discussed. He was available by email to answer any additional questions I had once I received the proposed agreement.Thank you!“
