We called Pinnacle and they got us an appointment within two days. Pleasant office staff to start. Pinnacle sent over a fantastic tech, Alex to resolve our issues. He was courteous, explained everything and spent a great amount of time resolving an ongoing issue that another company botched majorly. We will highly recommend Pinnacles services and also use them again at our home, café and lounge and commercial property.Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Charlie and his crew came by my house to work on installing a new boiler.They did an excellent job. They have done multiple jobs already for us. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them again in the future.

Great installation! Really happy with Charlie's work. Fantastic work all around.UPDATE: My system had a component fail about a year later, and Charlie swung by the next day and fixed it at no cost to me! Really happy with this level of service.
