“Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. He gave us instructions for registering the water heater with HTP so we could get the free extended warranty. All in all, an excellent job! Thanks Chris. It's so hard to find a good plumber. “We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. Really spectacular emergency service, even on Christmas Eve! We greatly appreciate Jessica, Joe and the rest of the team at Regan.Services: HVAC system repair“

I had a great experience with the Prevett Team from the initial scheduling through to installation of a new gas furnace. They were onsite for an initial inspection within an hour and provided options for service as well as replacement. Since this furnace was 30 years old, We opted to go with a new unit and it was installed within 2 days. The quality of work was excellent. It’s good to know that there are still companies like this!!“

“A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“

“The electricians that came out to install a new level 2 charger for my electric vehicle were on time, courteous and the job was completed in the time window estimated at the initial inspection. The reason for only 4 stars is that the electrician was not will trained on electrical vehicle charging current limits and breaker settings. Though when we were initially talking about the job on arrival I time him the reason I had purchased a hardwired EVSE was that I wanted to have access to the full 48 amp charging rate my car (Chevrolet Bolt EUV) can use. That would require a 60 amp breaker. If you use an EVSE with a plug, then you are limited to a 50 amp breaker and can only charge at a max of 40 amps (80% rule).However, when the job was done, I noticed there was only a 50 amp breaker added. The electrician initially tried to tell me that was indeed the right one, but when I politely pointed out the above limitations, he agreed to look in the manual again. After verifying the manufacturers instructions matched my understanding, he was able to swap out the breakers (which were fortunately stocked in the truck).I would suggest that Rodenhiser invest in some additional staff training to help ensure that the electricians sent out on these jobs are more familiar with the equipment, amp levels, etc. Electric Vehicles aren't new anymore, so please help ensure your staff are ready and able to install this type of equipment.“

“I had them install a Mitsubishi mini split in one room of my house. I talked to a few companies and they had the best pricing and were the only one that performed a calculation to determine the best size for my installation. Everyone else quoted systems 2-3 times larger which didn't make any sense. The installation was quick and they kept things clean and protected even though it started pouring out. Brian was really friendly and kept me informed throughout and walked me through the system once it was up and running.“
