Highly recommend this company! I rarely write a review, but my experience from start to finish is worth mentioning. My water heater was gushing water into my basement early in the morning so I called Jason Dalelis Plumbing out of Norwood and got an answer right away.
Jason answered my questions and gave an estimate over the phone for a couple options to replace the broken water heater. He was up front and didn’t try to upsell me extra stuff related to my older 1880s home.
The plumber, Nick, showed up that same morning and assessed the situation, took pics and answered my questions. They offered a same day repair to replace the water heater or next morning...read full review
