When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. They always deliver on time and right when my tank hits a quarter full. They use a projection method to predict when customers tanks will be low and it’s always spot on. “This was my second time working with Peri from Proto Home Service, and once again the experience was excellent. Peri is consistently courteous, communicative, knowledgeable, and sincere. When we had a significant water leak caused by weather, and he took the time to understand the situation in detail and scheduled a visit promptly. He kept me fully informed and arrived exactly when he said he would.

At the last minute, I also asked if he could upgrade some bathroom hardware. When I was about to purchase a bunch of parts, he explained the repair vs. replace cost equation, quickly advised me on what was actually necessary so I would not spend money unnecessarily.
