Rich did an outstanding job replacing our 30-year-old Weil-McLain boiler with a new Energy Kinetics system. Rich very generously helped me over FaceTime when my heat went out in a massive snowstorm and fixed the problem, saving me from the freezing cold and a massive emergency repair. He was so nice and very patient with me. I will definitely be calling him for any plumbing/heating issues in the future!
Our furnace wasn't working so we called the original installer, who spent 1/2 an hour checking it out and then said we needed a new one. We got a second opinion and received the same result.
