I can not say enough about this company. My AC unit was not working & I had a person tell me I had to replace the WHOLE unit plus some but I called Mass Heating, they came right away & fixed it in a 1/2 hour. no parts or anything. The technician was so knowledgeable. I didn't believe him when he came in the house & said you have air conditioning again. WOW they are AWESOME! It was a Pleasant experience From the beginning w/ the girl who answered the phone to the end.

Install tankless hot water heater. Stephen Q and his crew are the best. It is a pleasure to be able to write a great review for a home service company! We've had lots of work done on our house and had many unpleasant and worse experiences. But Mass Heating has been awesome from start to finish. From fair pricing to quality work and responsiveness to going above and beyond.... When someone asks, we can finally say \\\"we only use Mass Heating in Stoughton. They're great.\\\" That's how we found them and we hope to have the pleasure of sending more business their way in the same manner.
