True Professionals! Thankfully I contacted Prevett after a terrible experience with another local company. I had a great experience with the Prevett Team from the initial scheduling through to installation of a new gas furnace. They were onsite for an initial inspection within an hour and provided options for service as well as replacement. Since this furnace was 30 years old, We opted to go with a new unit and it was installed within 2 days. The quality of work was excellent. It’s good to know that there are still companies like this!!
Everyone at Prevett Heating & Cooling was professional and responsive. The work was completed on time and was well done. The electrician they work with, Prevett Electric, was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend them.
