Palmieri Mechanical Services
“Rich did an outstanding job replacing our 30-year-old Weil-McLain boiler with a new Energy Kinetics system. He's one of the most knowledgeable and genuinely passionate contractors I've worked with — he takes the time to explain things thoroughly so homeowners can handle minor issues themselves if something comes up.
The job took more than a day, but Rich minimized the disruption to our household throughout. He even hooked up a temporary electric water heater to get us through until he returned to finish the installation. His texts were detailed and prompt, and he never made us feel like an inconvenience.
He's a skilled professional and a genuinely kind person. Highly recommend — thank you, Rich!”
