Great experience with TF Complete starting with Matt's (sales technician) initial visit which was professional and informative. These guys were on schedule, worked hard, payed attention to minimizing the mess and cleaned up each day. TF H&C has a very professional and friendly team. I recently installed 2 heat pump systems, comparing to other companies, the packege they offered is more reasonable than other companies. The schedule takes a little longer, waited for three weeks to install, but in a hot summer season it is understandable. The project took two days to complete including wiring, install two heat pump system to replace two cooling systems, it is well done. After installation, there was a problem with the furnace fan upstairs that runs for 2 minutes every hour, even though the system was in the off mode.
