Holy cow, if there were a 10 star review for heater repair, I would give it. My heating system would not start when I needed it, so I called for service. About an hour later, the team arrived in Needham to inspect the unit. I already knew my heater was pretty old, but they quickly found the problem with the thermostat and installed a new one fast. While they worked, Jace and Shawn answered all my questions and explained how the heating system was operating. Jace and Oliver did an excellent job replacing my furnace and updating the full heating system. They arrived early, protected the floors throughout the house, removed the old equipment, and carefully installed the new furnace in the attic along with the outdoor unit and new lines. Jace explained how to use the new thermostat and also walked me through the new attic setup so I understood everything clearly.
