Our AC stopped cooling during a really humid stretch, and the upstairs stayed around 79 even with the thermostat set much lower. The outdoor condenser was running, but the air from the vents was only slightly cool, and there was a strange buzzing sound whenever the system tried to start a full cooling cycle. AMAZING!! Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning finally fixed our heater system after years of trouble with the unit not working the way it should. We had several repair visits before, and the problem was never fully diagnosed. The system would run but the airflow and comfort were inconsistent, and we kept getting told everything was normal. After dealing with that for a long time, we decided to call for another opinion. William, the technician, took the time to inspect the full heating setup, check the air handler, and look for the real cause instead of guessing. Woke up to find our heating system not working and the house down to 50 degrees while it was 20 outside in Needham, so we were freezing.
