I had some trouble getting through their third party answering service - it took several days.Other then that, no complaints at all. They were on time, quickly replaced my faucet/valve, and price was about what I expected (650).
Tom and company are nothing short of being superheroes. Having grown up with the Superfriends cartoons on Saturday, I can honestly say that Tom and his team could join the Superfriends team and give the Wonder Twins a run for their money. Seriously, their professionalism, friendliness, timeliness, and knowledge reach Superfriend status. And the price? They won’t bankrupt your account. Having had a nasty plumbing problem, they came to the rescue yet again. I can’t begin to thank them enough. Kudos!
